Welcome to Kamalchhod / Bajipura located on bank river of Midhola. Kamalchhod is a large village located in Valod Taluka of Tapi district, Gujarat state with total 1429 families. Kamalchhod village has population of 6430 of which 3257 are males while 3173 are females as per Population Census 2011.
Our village is awarded as Smart, Clean & best vilage in Gujarat. Our village has all amenities which fulfil everyday basic needs. It has Bhulka Bhavan, Primary school with Gujarati & English stream, Secondary school, Higher Secondary school with Arts, Commerce & Science stream, Health Club, Town Hall, Library, Post Office, Gaam Panchayat Office, Milk Mandali, Sahakari Mandali, Talav, Temple of Ambe Mataji, Lord Rama, Lord Shiva, Water control office.
Unity between different caste family is main stength of village. The major caste of people living village are Patel, Bhakta, Mistry, Shah, Prajapti, Chaudhari, Halpati, Muslim. Lot more families from village are seattled overseas in USA, Canada, UK. Everyone from village & overseas families give lot more contribution for development of village for peaceful living.
